Shirley is the chief curator of Musees and the third generation to inherit her family’s secret soy sauce recipe. She hopes to stay true to its traditional taste and brewing process, while adding her own modern twist. Her passion is bringing her family’s natural, artisanal soy sauce to dining tables around the world. She even quit her corporate job to pursue this passion full-time.
